Whose buildup area is 50 by 50 feet or 2500 sqft. This size is enough to make a nice bungalow or luxury house. Today's plan will also be full of all kinds of facilities. The plot will be completely open from 4 sides. The plan has been designed in such a way that all parts of the house get good ventilation. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate :- In today's plan, we have also given enough space for parking. In which your 2 big cars can be parked comfortably, apart from this you also get a lot of space for the motor cycle. We have also built a water tank under the parking area. To enter the house, a big gate has been installed, the size of which has been kept as 17 feet. You get 2 entrances to go inside the house.

Garden Area / Verandah :- In this plan you get Plantation and Lawn area all around which gives a nice look to your bungalow. 4 feet wide pathway is available all around the house. You will not face any shortage of ventilation in this house because this house is open from all sides. Its built-up area is only 2500 sqft, in the rest of the area you get Garden, Plantation, Pathway. In which if you want, you can sit by putting a swing or a chair or according to your own wish, you can plant some fruit trees or plants, so that your house will look more attractive to another person from the front. In this you also get a verandah in the front. Whose size you get 20 by 8 feet.

Stairs :- You get the stairs from the inner side. The stairs have been kept at 3.6 feet.

Namaz Room: - On the ground floor you also get a Namaz room of size 9 by 12 feet.

Office Room: - You also get an office room of size 13 by 16 feet. You get proper big size window for ventilation. With this you also get attached toilet.

Bedroom :- You get total 4 rooms on the ground floor. All the rooms you get are of big size. In all the rooms you get big size windows for ventilation. You also get computer table and proper TV unit in every room. You get wardrobes in all the rooms. The size of the room is 15 by 13 feet, which is quite a big size.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

First floor also you get same as ground floor.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all of which are big in size. The size of the bedroom you get is 15 by 13 feet. You get a balcony attached to all the bedrooms. Special care has been taken for ventilation in all the bedrooms. You get big windows in every room so that you get proper ventilation. You get a TV unit in each room. In all the bedrooms you get sofa setup and big size wardrobes.

Balcony :- In this plan you get big size balcony in front and side. Due to which your house gets a nice look. Open terrace is available.
