The plan we are talking about today is a luxury house which we have built in a modern design. whose plot size is 45 by 60 feet. Its total area is 2700 Sq. Ft. है यानी की 300 yards . Its buildup area is 45 by 45 ie 2100 sqft. This size is enough to build a nice bungalow or luxury house. Today's plan will also provide you with all the comforts and conveniences. The plot will be completely open from 2 sides. The plan is designed in such a way that all parts of the house get good ventilation. Let's move on to the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate :- In today's plan we have also given enough space for parking. In which your 2 big cars can be parked comfortably, apart from this you also get plenty of space for motorbikes. We have also built a water tank under this parking area. It is a corner plot so 2 big gates have been installed to enter the house, the size of which is 17 feet.

Garden Area/Verandah :- In this plan you will lack ventilation. You get 3 feet wide passage area on three sides of this house. At the front you get a lawn area of 25 by 15 feet. Plantation and lawn area are available all around which gives a good look to your house and its build up area is 2100 sqft. In which you can sit on a swing or a chair if you want or if you want you can plant some fruit trees or plants so that your house will look more attractive from the front. In this you also get a bonus at the front. The size of which is 11 by 6 feet.

Stairs :- Stairs are available on the side of the stairs. The stairs are kept at 3.6 feet.

Kitchen :- You also get a good sized kitchen with a size of 8.6” by 10.3” feet which is quite large and also has a large window for ventilation. Behind the kitchen you also get a washing area.

Store room :- You also get a store room on the ground floor, the size of which is 4.6” by 7 feet. A proper window is provided for ventilation.

Living & Dining Area :- On the ground floor you will find a big size living hall. In which the whole family can sit together and enjoy food or TV. You get a living hall of 16 by 15 feet. This is enough space for 10 to 15 people. You also get a dining area where you can set up a dining table. You won't lack for ventilation. This is where you get a common toilet with a big bathroom. A proper TV unit is available. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living area.

Temple :- On the ground floor you also get a temple of size 4.4” by 8.6” feet connected to the living room.

Drawing Room :- You also get a drawing room at the front of 14 by 12 feet size. In which you can put a sofa or divan. You get a proper big size window for ventilation. A proper TV unit is also available.

Bedroom :- You get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Both rooms are available in big size. In both rooms you get big size windows for ventilation. Every room has a wardrobe and a TV unit. The size of the room is 14 by 12 feet which is quite a big size.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Living & Dining Area :- On the first floor you get a big size living hall. In which the whole family can sit together and enjoy food or TV. You get a living hall of 16 by 15 feet. This is enough space for 10 to 15 people. You also get a dining area where you can set up a dining table. You won't lack for ventilation. This is where you get a common toilet with a big bathroom. A proper TV unit is available. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living area.

Kitchen :- On the first floor you get a small pantry whose size you get is 4.6 by 7 feet which is enough and also has a big window for ventilation.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 3 bedrooms on the first floor, all of which are quite large in size. The size of the bedroom is 12 by 12 feet. In all bedrooms, ventilation has been taken care of. In every room you get a big window which gives you proper ventilation. Each room has a TV unit and a wardrobe.

Balcony :- In this plan you get a big size balcony on the front or side. It gives your home a good look. Open terrace available.
