The plot size of the plan we are talking about today is 22 by 50 feet. Whose total area is 1100 Sq. Ft. That means 122 yards. This size is enough to build a nice house. In today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 2 sides and there is road towards 2 sides, it is a corner plot. But the plan has been designed in such a way that all parts of the house get good ventilation. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - In today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking, for car parking, you get about 9 feet by 16 feet space, in which your 1 car can be parked comfortably. We have also built a water tank under the parking area. 1 main gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 9 feet. In this plan full care has been taken for ventilation. On one side of the house you get a 2 feet wide setback which gives proper ventilation to your house.

Staircase :- In this plan you get staircase from outside. This type of staircase is also best for the tenant so that you can rent the first floor as well. The stairs have been kept at 3 feet.

Drawing Room: - In this for the guest, you have been given a room in the front, which you can also use according to your guest bedroom. In this room, you can put diwan and sofa set so that you can sit the guest who comes home. A big window has been given in this room so that you get proper ventilation from outside. You get the size of this room around 8.6 by 10.6 feet.

Living & Dining Area: - You get living area of very good size. You get a living area of 14 by 10 feet. In this you can put sofa and dining table for 8-10 people. Attached to this you also get a common bathroom. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected from the living area itself.

Kitchen :- You also get a kitchen in the front, connected to the living area. Which you get with proper ventilation. You get a window in this for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is around 8 by 10 feet. Attached to the kitchen you get a washing area. Whose size you get 10 by 4 feet.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, whose size is very good. Along with one bedroom you also get attached bathroom. You get the size of the bedroom around 10.6 by 13 feet. Special care has been taken for ventilation in the bedroom. We have left a 2 feet wide setback at the back for ventilation of both the bedrooms. Due to which both your rooms get proper ventilation.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 2 bedrooms on the first floor, whose size is very good. Along with one bedroom you also get attached bathroom. Proper TV unit and wardrobe are available. The size of the bedroom you get is around 10.6 by 13 feet. Special care has been taken for ventilation in both the bedrooms. Proper windows are available for ventilation in both the bedrooms. Due to which both your bedrooms get proper ventilation. You get a balcony attached to both bedrooms.

Living Area:- On the first floor you also get a living area of very good size. You get a living area of 15 by 18 feet in this. In this you can setup sofa for 8-10 people. Proper TV unit is available. Attached to this you also get a common bathroom. All your bedrooms are connected to the living area.

Store Room :- You also get a store room on the first floor. Whose size you get around 10 by 10 feet. Proper window is available for ventilation.

Balcony :- In the front you get a big size balcony area. In which you can make proper seating arrangement. Can set up gym. And from the front you get to see a nice look.
