GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - As per today's time, parking is necessary in every house whether it is for car or motor cycle. So in today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking, like for car parking, you get about 15 feet by 16 feet space, in which your big car can also be parked comfortably, apart from this, you will also get a space for motor cycle. Gets a place. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank, which can be made bigger or smaller according to your need. A big gate has been installed to enter the house, whose size has been kept at 15 feet. In the front you get a wide verandah of size 30 by 5 feet.

Living Hall:- You also get a very big size living hall, the size of which you get is 18 by 21 feet. You get living hall with double height area. You get proper window for ventilation. This is enough space for 10 to 15 people. In this you also get a common late bath. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall, hence it will be easy for you to go to any part of the house.

Drawing/Guest Room:- You get a very good sized drawing room, the size of which is 14 by 14 feet. Balcony Area :- You get L type 5-6 feet wide balcony in the front on the first floor. Due to which you get a good view when viewed from the front.
