The plot size of the plan we are talking about today is 20 by 50 feet. Whose total area is 1000 Sq. Ft. That means 111 yards. This size is the common size of all. This size is enough to build a good house. Even in today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only on the front side, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate:- According to today's time, parking is necessary in every house, whether it is for car or motorcycle. So in today's plan, we have also given space for parking in which one of your cars can be parked comfortably. The size of parking you get is 9 feet by 18 feet. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank which you can make smaller or bigger as per your need. One main gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 9 feet. Full care has been taken of ventilation in this plan. In the front you get a 4 feet wide garden area in which you can also do plantation.

Stairs: - You get the stairs from the front side, the entry of which is from the parking area itself, which directly leads to the terrace. The width of the staircase is 3 feet. This type of staircase is best for rent.

Living & Dining Area:- You also get a good sized living area, the size of which is 13 by 15 feet. You can place sofa for 8-10 people in the living area. You also get a dining area in this portion. In which you can set a dining table for 6 people. Proper TV unit is available. Proper ventilation is available. Attached to this you also get a common late bath. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall.

Drawing Room:- You also get a drawing room connected to the living hall. In which you can place sofa or bed for 8-10 people. The size of the drawing room you get is 10 by 12 feet. You get proper window in it for ventilation. Proper TV unit is available.

Kitchen:- In this plan you also get a kitchen. The size of the kitchen you get is 6 by 8 feet which is enough. In which an OTS is available for ventilation, which provides proper ventilation to your kitchen and bathroom.

Bedroom:- In this plan you get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, whose size is quite good. Both the bedrooms come with attached bathroom. You get the size of the bedroom around 10 by 11 feet. Both bedrooms have a utility area for ventilation. Due to which both your bedrooms get proper ventilation.
