The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only in the front, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - As per today's time, parking is necessary in every house whether it is for car or motor cycle. So in today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking like you get about 10 feet by 15 feet space for car parking. In which your 1 car can be parked comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank, which can be made bigger or smaller according to your need. One gate has been installed to enter the house. In which the big gate is for the car, whose size has been kept at 10 feet. Full care has been taken of ventilation in this plan.

Staircase/Veranda :- We have made the stairs from outside. The entrance of which you get only from the parking area which goes directly to the first floor. The width of the staircase is 3.5 feet. You also get a verandah in the front. The size of the verandah you get is 16 by 4 feet, in which you can comfortably place 7-8 chairs.

Living/Dining Area:- The living room is also big enough for the whole family to sit in. You get a living room of 15 by 20 feet. In this room you can setup sofa or dining table for 15-20 people. Attached to this you get a common toilet. Living has recently connected all your bedrooms and kitchen, due to which it will be easy for you to go to any part of the house. You also get 1 utility area for ventilation.

Kitchen:- In this plan you also get a kitchen. In which you get proper ventilation from the utility area. You get a window in it for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 12 by 7 feet which is enough.

Bedroom :- In this plan you also get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, whose size is very big. Bedroom area 150 sqft. Found around. OTS has been left for ventilation in both the bedrooms. You also get attached bathroom in 1 room.
