The plot size of the plan we are talking about today is 26 by 60 feet. Whose total area is 1560 Sq. Ft. That means 173 yards. This size is enough to build a good house. In today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only in the front, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - According to today's time, parking is necessary in every house, whether it is for a car or a motor cycle. In today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking, for car parking, you get a space of about 13 feet by 16 feet, in which your 1 car and 2 bikes can be parked comfortably. We have also built a water tank under the parking area. One main gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 11 feet. In the front you also get a garden area of size 10 by 11 feet. Full care has been taken of ventilation in this plan. You get two entries to go inside the house.

Stairs :- The stairs have been made in such a way that if you want to rent the upper floor, then there should be no disturbance to the people living below. Your tenant can go to his floor without disturbing you. Besides, your staircase is in such a way that it is both inside and outside your house. This type of staircase is best for rent. The stairs have been kept at 3.0 feet.

Drawing Hall: - For guests, you have been given a room in the front part, which you can also use as your guest bedroom. In this room, you can install a diwan and sofa set so that you can accommodate the guests coming to your house. A large window is provided in this room so that you get proper ventilation from outside. The size of this room you get is around 11 by 15 feet.

Dining Area:- You get a very good sized dining area. You get a dining area of 11 by 9 feet. In this you can setup a dining table for 6-7 people. Attached to this you also get a common bathroom. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the dining area.

Kitchen:- In this plan you also get a kitchen in the front. Which you get with proper ventilation. You get a window in it for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 8 by 11 feet which is enough.

Bedroom:- In this plan you get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, whose size is quite good. You also get attached bathroom with both the bedrooms. Bedroom area 150 sqft. gets around. Special care has been taken for ventilation in the bedroom. For ventilation of both the bedrooms, we have provided a washing area at the back. Due to which both your rooms get proper ventilation.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 3 bedrooms on the first floor, whose size is very good. Along with two bedrooms, you also get an attached bathroom. Bedroom area 150 sqft. gets around. Special care has been taken for ventilation in all the bedrooms. All the three bedrooms have proper windows for ventilation. Due to which all your three bedrooms get proper ventilation.

Kitchen :- On the first floor you also get a kitchen. Which you get with proper ventilation. You get a window in it for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 7 by 11 feet which is enough.

Dining Area: - You get a good size dining area too. You get a dining area of 11 by 9 feet. In this you can setup a dining table for 6-7 people. Attached to this you also get a common bathroom. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the dining area.

Study Room: - On the first floor you also get a study room of 9 by 7 feet. In which you can setup table, chair and books.

Balcony :- In the front you get a balcony area of 12 by 12 feet. In which you can make seating arrangements in a proper manner. Can setup a gym. And you get a good look from the front.

SECOND FLOOR PLAN FOR RENTAL PURPOSE

Bedroom:- On the second floor you get a bedroom. The size of the bedroom is 13 by 13 feet. Along with the bedroom you also get an attached bathroom. On the remaining second floor you get open terrace.
