The plan we are talking about today has been made in a classic design. Its plot size is 40 by 80 feet. Whose total area is 3200 Sq. Ft. That means 355 yards. Its buildup area is around 2200 SQFT. Even in today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from three sides and is open only from the front side. There is no lack of ventilation in this. Therefore we have left 3 feet wide setback on all three sides. Due to which the entire house gets proper ventilation. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate:- According to today's time, parking is necessary in every house, whether it is for car or motorcycle. So in today's plan we have given a lot of space for parking also. In which your big car and bike can also be parked comfortably. You get this much space. We have also made a water tank below the parking area. One main gate has been installed to enter the house. The size of the gate you get is 10 feet.

Garden Area/Varanda:- In this plan you get verandah and lawn area in the front. You get a very large lawn area. In which you can make proper seating arrangement. You can install plantations and swings etc. in this. Due to which your house will look very attractive when seen from the front by another person. You also get verandah of size 15 by 5 feet. In which you can put chairs for 7-8 people.

Drawing Hall:- In front of the veranda, you get a drawing hall whose size is 14 by 12 feet. Which is of quite good size. In which you can setup sofa for 10-12 people. Proper TV unit is available. You get big size double window for ventilation.

Stairs:- We have made stairs on the ground floor from inside the house which takes you to the upper floor. The stairs have been kept at 3.0 feet. This type of ladder is best for home safety.

Living & Dining Area:- You also get a very big size living hall. In which you can place sofa and dining table for 10-15 people. Whose size you get is 12 by 19 feet. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall. You get a proper TV unit. For ventilation, you get big size windows which provide proper ventilation to your living hall. You get a common bathroom connected to the living hall.

Kitchen:- The size of the kitchen is 10 by 10 feet which is enough, it also has 2 windows for ventilation. You also get a store room attached to the kitchen. Whose size you get is 6 by 7 feet. Proper windows are available in the store room for ventilation.

Bedroom:- In this plan you also get 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Whose size is quite big. You get big size windows for ventilation in the bedroom. The bedroom area you get is around 160 sqft. Along with two bedrooms, you also get Attached Bathroom. You also get proper TV units in all rooms.

Study Room:- You also get a study room in this plan. Whose size you get is 12 by 8 feet. You get a proper window for ventilation. You can put a study table and chair in it.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Living Area:- On the first floor you also get a very big size living hall. In which you can setup sofa for 10-15 people. Whose size you get is 12 by 19 feet. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall. In this you also get a proper TV unit. For ventilation, you get big size double window which provides proper ventilation to your living hall. You get a common bathroom connected to the living hall.

Kitchen:- The size of the kitchen is 10 by 10 feet which is enough, it also has 2 windows for ventilation. You also get a store room attached to the kitchen. Whose size you get is 6 by 7 feet. Proper windows are available in the store room for ventilation.

Dining Area:- You also get a dining area connected to the living hall. Whose size you get is 14 by 11 feet which is a very good size. In this you get a TV unit and proper ventilation. In this you can set a dining table for 8-10 people.

Pooja Ghar:- You also get a puja ghar connected to the dining area. In which you can perform puja comfortably. The size of the puja room you get is 6 by 5 feet.

Study Room:- You also get a study room on the first floor. Whose size you get is 12 by 8 feet. You get a proper window for ventilation. You can put a study table and chair in it.

Bedroom:- You get 5 bedrooms on the first floor. You get two bedrooms with attached bathroom. In all the bedrooms, you get big size windows for ventilation, so that each of your bedrooms gets proper ventilation. You get around 160 sqft area of each bedroom. You get a TV unit in every bedroom.

Balcony:- You also get a balcony in the front, which gives a very good look to your house from the front. In which you can do proper sitout.

Second Floor Plan:- The plan of the second floor has been made exactly like the first floor, which you can take as per the rent or as per your living requirement.
