GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - As per today's time, parking is necessary in every house whether it is for car or motor cycle. So in today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking, in which you get about 11 feet by 14 feet space for car parking, in which your 1 car can be parked comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank, which can be made bigger or smaller according to your need. A big gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept as 11 feet. In this plan full care has been taken for ventilation. You get setbacks on all four sides of the house, so that you get proper ventilation. You can do plantation in the abandoned setback. You get a 5 feet wide verandah in the front of the house.

Stairs :- We have made the stairs from the inside side. Which goes straight to the first floor. This type of ladder is best for the safety of the house.

Drawing Hall: - You also get the drawing hall of a very large size, the size of which you get is 13 by 20 feet. In this you can put sofa and dining table for 10-12 people. You get big size window for ventilation. Connected to this you get a common toilet.

Kitchen :- You get an open kitchen connected to the drawing hall. The size of the kitchen is very good. Which you get with proper ventilation. You get a window in it for ventilation.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 1 bedroom on the ground floor whose size is very big. The size of the bedroom you get is 11 by 13 feet. Special care has been taken for ventilation in the bedroom. In this room you get 2 big size windows.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 3 bedrooms on the first floor whose size is very big. You get proper ventilation in all the bedrooms. You get big size windows in every room. You also get attached bathroom with all the bedrooms. The size of the bedroom is 13 by 13 feet.

Balcony: - In this, you get a good size balcony in the front, so that you get to see a good look from the front.
