The plan we are talking about today has been made in a classic design. Its plot size is 40 by 75 feet. Whose total area is 3000 Sq. Ft. That means 333 yards. This size is enough to build a good house. Even in today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides, there is a road only in the front, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate:- As per today's time, it is necessary to have parking in every house, whether it is for car or motorcycle. So in today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking, in which you get about 17 feet by 16 feet space for car parking, in which your 2 big cars can be parked comfortably, apart from this you also get space for motor cycle. Get a place. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank which you can make smaller or bigger as per your need. Only 1 gate was installed to enter the house. We have kept the size of the gate at 17 feet. On the other side you get a passage of 5 feet which provides good ventilation to your house.

Garden Area / Verandah:- In the front you get a garden area in which you can do plantation. You get a garden area of 18 by 12 feet, in which you can place a swing or a chair and sit or you can plant some fruit trees or plants as per your choice. In this you also get a porch of 15 by 7 feet in the front.

Stairs:- In this we have made stairs from inside the house, this type of stairs is best for the safety of your house. The stairs have been kept at 3.0 feet.

Drawing Hall:- You get a very good size drawing hall, the size of which is 12 by 14 feet. In which you can install diwan and sofa set for 8-10 people. For ventilation, you get a big size double window in it which gives you proper ventilation.

Guest Room:- You also get a good sized guest room, the size of which is 11 by 14 feet. In which you can put a big size bed and make proper sitting arrangement. For ventilation, you get a big size window through which you get proper ventilation. In this you also get attached bathroom.

Living & Dining Area:- You get a very big size living hall, the size of which you get is 19 by 12 feet. You get living hall with double height area. You get proper window for ventilation. In this you can place sofa and dining table for 10 to 12 people. In this you also get a common late bath. The bathroom area is quite large in which you can also install a bathtub. You get the stairs from the living hall itself. Due to this, all your bedrooms and kitchen are connected, hence it will be easy for you to go to any part of the house.

Kitchen:- The kitchen is connected to the dining area. The size of the kitchen is also 12 by 11 feet, which is quite big and a large window is also available for ventilation. You get a store room attached to this. You also get a washing area at the back side of the kitchen, which provides proper ventilation to your kitchen.

Temple:- In this you get a big size temple area whose size is 10.6 by 14 feet. In which 8-10 people can comfortably sit and perform puja. You get proper window for ventilation. If you do not need a temple, you can also make it a bedroom.

Swimming-pool and lawn area:- On the back side you get a big lawn area with swimming pool. The swimming pool is of good size. The size of swimming pool you get is 12 by 10 feet. Along with the swimming pool you also get a changing room. The lawn area you get is 26 by 11 feet which is quite big.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Living Area:- You get a good size living area also. Whose size you get is 10 by 15 feet. You get living hall with double height area. In this you can place sofa for 10 to 12 people. In this you also get a common late bath. The bathroom area is quite large in which you can also install a bathtub. Due to this, all your bedrooms are connected, hence it will be easy for you to go to any part of the house.

Bedroom:- On the first floor you get a total of 4 bedrooms whose size is quite big. In 3 bedrooms you also get attached bathroom with dressing area. Bedroom area 150 sqft. Found around. Special care has been taken for ventilation in all four bedrooms. You get big size windows in every room. You get a balcony attached to all the bedrooms so that every room gets good ventilation.

Front Balcony:- You get a big size balcony in the front. So that you get a good view when seen from the front.
