The plan we are talking about today has been made in a mini farmhouse type. Its plot size is 50 by 65 feet. Whose total area is 3250 Sq. Ft. That means 361 yards. Its buildup area is around 2500 SQFT. Even in today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely open on all sides. Therefore, there will be no shortage of ventilation in it. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate:- According to today's time, parking is necessary in every house, whether it is for car or motorcycle. So in today's plan we have given a lot of space for parking also. In which your big car and bike can also be parked comfortably. You get this much space. We have also made a water tank below the parking area. 2 gates have been installed to enter the house, in which you get a big gate for the car, the size of the big gate is 15 feet. And you can keep the small gate according to your bike and coming and going. The size of the small gate is You get 5 feet. You get a 4 feet wide area around the house. Due to which your entire house gets proper ventilation.

Garden Area/Barandah:- In this plan you get verandah and lawn area in the front. The lawn area you get is 20 by 12 feet which is quite big. In which you can make proper seating arrangement. You can install plantations and swings etc. in this. Due to which your house will look very attractive when seen from the front by another person. You also get verandah of size 12 by 6 feet. In which you can put chairs for 7-8 people.

Drawing Room/Guestroom:- In front of the veranda, you also get a guest room whose size is 12 by 12 feet. Which is of quite good size. In which you can setup L type sofa for 8-10 people. Proper TV unit is available. You get a big size window for ventilation.

Namaz Area:- In this plan you also get a Namaz area on the ground floor, which you can make a proper room if you want. The size you get is 15 by 10 feet, which is a very good size. In this you get proper window for ventilation.

Stairs:- We have made stairs on the ground floor from inside the house which takes you to the upper floor. The stairs have been kept at 3.0 feet. This type of ladder is best for home safety.

Living Hall:- You also get a big size living hall. In which you can make seating arrangement with sofa for 10-15 people. Whose size you get is 21 by 13 feet. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall. You get a proper TV unit. For ventilation, you get big size windows which provide proper ventilation to your living hall. By connecting to the living hall you get different common LET-BAHT.

Dining Area:- You also get the dining area with a very good size. The size of the dining area you get is around 10 by 8 feet. In which you can set a dining table for 5-6 people.

Kitchen: The size of the kitchen is 10 by 9 feet, which is sufficient. It also has 2 windows for ventilation. From the kitchen itself you get an entry to go to the back side.

Bedroom:- In this plan you also get 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Whose size is quite big. You get big size windows for ventilation in the bedroom. The size of the bedroom you get is around 11 by 12 feet. Along with one bedroom you also get Attached Bathroom. You also get proper TV units in all rooms.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Bedroom:- On the first floor you get a bedroom. In this bedroom you get attached bathroom and dress area. Big size windows are available for ventilation. The size of the bedroom you get is 12 by 13 feet.

Balcony:- You also get a big size balcony in the front, which gives a very good look to your house from the front. In which you can do proper sitout. The rest of the area is available to you in the form of open terrace.
