The plan we are talking about today has been made in a mini farmhouse type. His plot size is 60 by 50 feet. Whose total area is 3000 Sq. Ft. That means 333 yards. Which gives you a buildup area of 30 by 30 feet. This size is enough to build a good house. In today's plan also, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only in the front, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - As per today's time, parking is necessary in every house whether it is for car or motor cycle. So in today's plan we have given a lot of space for parking also. In which your 2 big cars and bikes can also be parked comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank which can be made smaller or bigger as per your need. A big gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 15 feet.

Garden Area / Verandah: - As you know, if sitting in the garden outside your house in the evening and drinking tea is something else, then to fulfill this need, we have also made a garden. You get a garden of 10 by 30 feet in it, in which you can place a swing or a chair and sit or if you want, you can plant some fruit trees or plants so that your house looks more attractive to other people when seen from the front. Will look attractive. We have left a PASSAGE area around the house so that your house gets proper ventilation. If you want, you can also do plantation in it. In this you also get a verandah whose size is 10 by 12 feet + and here you can create a proper sit-out area.

Guestroom:- You also get a guest room outside in front of the parking, whose size is 15 by 10 feet.

Stairs:- We have made stairs on the ground floor from inside the house which takes you to the upper floor. The stairs have been kept at 3.0 feet.

Drawing Room:- You get a good size drawing room also. The size of which you get is 8 by 9 feet, in this you can setup the sofa in L type. You get a big window in it for ventilation.

Living Hall:- You get a very big living hall with double height. In which seating can be arranged for the whole family. In this you get a big size window for proper ventilation. You get a living room of 11 by 16 feet. This is enough space for 10 to 15 people. Living Hall Connect you get LET-BAHT different.

Dining Area: - You also get the dining area with a very good size. You get the size of the dining area around 9 by 10 feet. In which you can sit for 7-8 people. You get a big size window in this for ventilation. In this you also get a small size temple.

Kitchen / Storeroom: - The size of the kitchen is also available in this, you get 8 by 8 feet, which is enough, it also has 2 big windows for ventilation. Along with the kitchen, you also get a store room whose size is 5 by 9 feet.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get only 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the size of which is very big. You get big size windows for ventilation in the bedroom. The size of the bedroom you get is 11 by 10 feet. On the ground floor you get a LET-BATH.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Living Hall :- First floor you also get living hall which size is enough. In which you can arrange seating for 8-10 people by putting a sofa. In this you get proper ventilation. You get a living hall of 9 by 12 feet. This is enough space for 10 to 15 people. Living recently connect you also get a common LET-BAHT.

Bedroom :- In this plan you also get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor whose size is very big. You get big size windows for ventilation in both the bedrooms. You get the area of bedroom size around 150sqft feet. With one bedroom you get dressing room whose size is 8 by 5 feet and with one bedroom you get attached toilet.

Balcony: - You also get a big size balcony in the front, which gives a very nice look to your house from the front. You get the size of the balcony around 9 by 12 feet. In which you can do proper sitout.
