The plan we are talking about today is a split plan. His plot size is 25 by 50 feet. Whose total area is 1250 Sq. Ft. That means 138 yards. This size is enough to build a good house. Even in today's plan, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only on the front side, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate:- As per today's time, it is necessary to have parking in every house, whether it is for car or motorcycle. So in today's plan, you get plenty of space for car parking in which your 2 cars can be parked comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank which you can make smaller or bigger as per your need. One gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 10 feet. Full care has been taken of ventilation in this plan. You get a plantation area of 14 by 4 feet in front of the parking lot. We have given 2 feet wide passage area around the plan which provides ventilation to your entire house.

Staircase:- This is a split plan, hence you will find stairs from outside to inside. Which goes straight to the top floor.

Living Area:- You get a good size living room also. The size of the living area you get is 10 by 13 feet. In this room you can place sofa for 7-8 people. Attached to this you get a common bathroom. You get proper big size window in it for ventilation.

Kitchen & Dining Area:- In this plan you also get open kitchen and dining area. Which you get with proper ventilation. You get double windows in it for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 9 by 13 feet which is enough. In this you can also set a dining table for 6 people.

Bedroom:- In this plan you get 1 bedroom on the ground floor, whose size is quite good. The size of the bedroom you get is 13 by 12 feet. In the bedroom you get proper window for ventilation.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Living Area:- You also get a very good sized living hall. The size of the living area you get is 13 by 13 feet. In this room you can place sofa for 8-10 people. You get proper big size windows in it for ventilation. Due to which you get proper ventilation.

Drawing Area:- You also get a very good sized drawing area, the size of which you get is 10 by 13 feet. In this you can setup a sofa for the guest. You get a big size window for ventilation.

Dining Area:- You also get a good sized dining area. The size of the dining area you get is 12 by 10 feet. In which you can setup a dining table for 7-8 people. You also get a common bathroom connected to this.

Kitchen:- You also get a kitchen on the first floor. Which you get with proper ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 8 by 10 feet which is enough.

Bedroom:- In this plan you get only 1 bedroom on the first floor, whose size is quite big. The size of the bedroom you get is 14 by 12 feet. Special care has been taken for ventilation in the bedroom. You get a big size window in the room.

SECOND FLOOR PLAN

Living Area:- You also get a very good sized living hall. The size of the living area you get is 13 by 10 feet. In this room you can place sofa for 8-10 people. You get proper big size windows in it for ventilation. Due to which you get proper ventilation. Through this connection you get a common late bath.

Store Room:- You also get a storeroom on the second floor. Whose size you get is 8 by 10 feet. Proper window is available for ventilation.

Bedroom:- On the second floor you get 2 bedrooms with quite good size. The size of the bedroom you get is 13 by 13 feet. You get both the bedrooms with full ventilation. You get big size windows in both the bedrooms.

Balcony:- In this you get a balcony with a very large size in the front, due to which you get a good look from the front. You can create a sitout area in the balcony.
