GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate:- As per today's time, it is necessary to have parking in every house, whether it is for car or motorcycle. So in today's plan, we have also given space for parking, in which you can comfortably park a car, the size of which is approximately 10 feet by 15.5. We have also made a water tank below the parking area. A big gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 10 feet. Full care has been taken of ventilation in this plan.

Stairs:- We have made the stairs in this from outside. You can enter it from the parking area itself which leads directly to the terrace. The width of the staircase is 3 feet. This type of staircase is best for rent.

Living Hall:- You also get a very good size living hall, the size of which you get is 9 by 12.6 feet. In the living hall you can setup a sofa or dining table for 8-10 people. Proper ventilation is available. Gets TV placement. In this you also get the space of a temple. Attached to this you also get a common late bath. All your bedrooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall.

Kitchen:- In this plan you also get a kitchen. The size of the kitchen you get is 9 by 5.5 feet which is enough. In which you get proper ventilation from the parking area. A window is provided for ventilation.

Bedroom:- In this plan you get 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, whose size is quite good. You get one bedroom with attached bathroom. You get the size of the bedroom around 10 by 11 feet. All three bedrooms have proper windows for ventilation. TV placement is available, proper wardrobe is available.

Office Room:- In this plan you also get an office room above the stairs. Whose size you get is 9x9.5 feet. If you want, you can also make it a room.
