This size is enough to build a nice house. In today's plan also, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only in the front, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - As per today's time, parking is necessary in every house whether it is for car or motor cycle. So in today's plan, we have also given a lot of space for parking, for car parking you get about 10 feet by 19 feet space. In which your 1 car can be parked comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank, which can be made bigger or smaller according to your need. 1 gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 10 feet. In this plan full care has been taken for ventilation.

Staircase/Veranda :- We have made the stairs from outside. The entrance of which you get only from the parking area which goes directly to the first floor. The width of the ladder is found to be 3.5 feet. You also get a verandah in the front. The size of the verandah you get is 16 by 4 feet, in which you can comfortably place 7-8 chairs.

Living Area: - You get a very big living area, in this you get a living area of size 11 by 15 feet. In this room you can setup sofa for 10-12 people. You also get the space of a temple in the living hall. Living recently all your bedrooms and kitchen are connected. You get big size window in this for ventilation.

Dining Area: - Connected to the living area, you also get a dining area. The size of the dining area you get is 12 by 8 feet. You can put a dining table for 6-7 people in the dining area. You also get a common bathroom connected to this.

Kitchen: - In this plan you also get a kitchen. You get a window in it for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 12 by 7 feet which is sufficient.

Bedroom :- In this plan you also get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, whose size is very big. You also get ATTACHED bathroom in one bedroom. Bedroom area 140 sqft. gets around. The living area has been left in the back side for ventilation in both the bedrooms, so that both your bedrooms get proper ventilation.
