The plot size of the plan we are talking about today is 30 by 55 feet. Whose total area is 1650 Sq. Ft. That means 183 yards. This size is the common size of all. This size is enough to build a nice house. In today's plan also, we have prepared this plan keeping in mind all the needs of the family. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only in the front, but the plan has been designed to provide good ventilation to all parts of the house. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Parking and Gate: - According to today's time, parking is necessary in every house, whether it is for a car or a motor cycle. So in today's plan we have given enough space for parking also. For car parking you get about 9 feet by 21 feet space. In which your 1 car and 4 bikes can be parked comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank, which can be made bigger or smaller according to your need. 1 main gate has been installed to enter the house. Whose size has been kept at 10 feet. In this plan full care has been taken for ventilation.

Garden Area: - In the front you also get a garden area of size 10 by 21 feet. In which you can do plantation and you can also make a proper sitting area. You get a nice view from outside.

Stairs :- We have made the stairs from inside. The entrance of which you get from the dining area itself, which directly takes you to the terrace floor. The width of the ladder is found to be 3.5 feet.

Living / Dining Area: - You also get a very big living area, whose size you get is 13 by 25 feet. Your dining area also comes in this portion. Sitting arrangement can be done for 8-10 people in the living area. You get proper TV unit. You can set up a dining table for 6 people in the dining area. You get the porson of the dining area with double height. In this porson you also get a common bathroom. Proper ventilation is available.

Kitchen: - In this plan you also get a kitchen. You get a proper window in this for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 9 by 11 feet which is sufficient. For ventilation, you get a set back in the back side, so that there will be no shortage of ventilation in your room and kitchen. You also get a store room along with the kitchen.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 2 bedrooms on the ground floor whose size is very big. Bedroom area 150 sqft. gets around. Proper big size window is available in both the bedrooms for ventilation. Proper TV unit is available. You also get an attached bathroom in both the bedrooms.
