GROUND FLOOR PLAN

We have also built a water tank under the parking area. 1 main gate has been installed to enter the house. The size of the main gate has been kept at 11 feet. In this plan full care has been taken for ventilation.

Stairs :- We have made the stairs from outside. The entrance of which you get from the parking area itself, which takes you to the terrace above. The width of the ladder has been kept at 3 feet. We have made the stairs in such a way that if you build the first floor in future, you can also give it on rent so that the people living on the lower floor do not face any kind of problem.

Drawing Hall :- You also get drawing hall of very good size. The size of the drawing hall you get is 12 by 11 feet. In which you can make your guest stay. You can put sofa for 8-10 people in the drawing hall. You get proper ventilation in the drawing hall. Proper TV unit is available.

Living Area: - You get a very good size living area, the size of which you get is 11 by 14 feet. In this room you can setup sofa for 8-10 people. Attached to this you get a common bathroom. Living recently all your bedrooms and kitchen are connected. Connected to this, you get the washing area, which gives proper ventilation to your toilet and living area.

Dining Area: - Connected to the living area, you get a dining area whose size you get is 9 by 8 feet. In which you can put a dining table for 4-5 people. Big size window is available for ventilation. By connecting with this, you also get the space for worship. Proper TV unit is available.

Kitchen: - In this plan you also get a kitchen. For ventilation, you get two big size windows in it. The size of the kitchen you get is 7 by 9 feet which is sufficient.

Bedroom :- In this plan you get 2 bedrooms whose size is very good. The size of the bedroom you get is 9 by 11 feet. You get proper windows for ventilation in both the bedrooms. You get a 4 feet wide passage area between the two bedrooms.
