The plot size of the plan we are talking about today is 18 by 55 feet, which is an apartment. Whose total area is 990 Sq. Ft. That means 110 yards. You get this plan in the form of an apartment. The plot is completely closed from 3 sides and there is a road only in front, but the plan has been designed in such a way that all parts of the apartment get good ventilation. So let's move towards the details of today's plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

 Parking and Gate :- In this plan you get full parking area on the ground floor. In which your 6 cars can be parked comfortably. You get water under the parking area. You get the main gate of 17 feet size.

Staircase/Lift :- Staircase is available from the back side of this plan. Along with the stairs, you also get a lift which takes you up to the fifth floor. You get these stairs according to the renter. The ladder you get is 3.5 feet wide. You get the size of the lift around 5 by 5 feet.

FIRST FLOOR PLAN

Drawing Hall:- You also get a very big drawing hall. The size of the drawing hall you get is 11 by 11 feet. In this you can set up a sofa for 7-8 people. Connected to this, you also get a common bathroom which is also connected to your living area. You get proper ventilation. In this you get the space of a temple.

Living Hall:- The size of the living hall is also quite good. A living area of size 7 feet by 11 feet is available. In this hall you can arrange sofa for 8-10 people. Proper ventilation is available. All your rooms and kitchen are connected to the living hall.

Kitchen/Dining Area:- On the first floor you get a kitchen along with a dining area. You get an OTS for ventilation. The size of the kitchen you get is 12 by 10 feet which is enough. In this you can set a dining table for 5-6 people.

Bedroom:- In this plan you get a total of 3 bedrooms on the first floor, which are of sufficient size. In one bedroom you also get an attached bathroom. The size of the bedroom you get is around 9 by 11 feet. You get proper ventilation in all the bedrooms.

Balcony:- In the front you get a 5 feet wide balcony in which you can create a proper sitout area. You get a good look from the balcony.

SECOND, THIRD OR FORTH FLOOR:- All the floors above are made exactly like the first floor. Which you can use on rent.
